Operation Dudula, a South African group, has pledged to continue blocking foreign nationals from accessing public healthcare, despite three of its members being arrested and released with a warning. Group president Zandile Dabula insists that foreign nationals should use and pay for private healthcare facilities and not burden public services. Dabula claims that the arrests were meant to disrupt their efforts.
