💨 Abstract
In a blistering critique, forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan has accused Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, the KwaZulu-Natal provincial police commissioner, of overstepping his authority. Mkhwanazi publicly alleged political interference in police investigations, targeting Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and other officials. O’Sullivan claimed this behavior was inappropriate for a provincial commissioner and warned that the actions resembled a coup attempt.
