Johannesburg's City Power is conducting planned power outages for maintenance in nine areas from July 3-8, 2025. Specific suburbs will be affected on different dates and times. Customers are advised to treat supply points as live during these periods. Additionally, Eskom disconnected power in Ga-Rankuwa Extension 26 due to illegal connections, warning of safety risks and revenue losses.
