💨 Abstract
The South African Police Service (SAPS) has cautioned young women about the risks of getting involved in drug trafficking, highlighting the severe penalties and deceptive tactics employed by syndicates. A 30-year-old Namibian woman, Pauline Mbangula, was sentenced to eight years in prison after being found with cocaine pellets in her stomach at OR Tambo International Airport. Supposedly lured under false pretenses, she was forced to smuggle drugs.
