A 22-year-old minibus driver, Ayanda “Biggie” Dludla, was charged with 14 counts of culpable homicide and reckless driving after a fatal crash that killed 14 learners. The incident occurred when Dludla overtook multiple vehicles on a narrow road and collided with an oncoming truck. The case has sparked calls for stricter oversight of scholar transport services. The matter is postponed until March 5 for further investigations.
