💨 Abstract
South Africa has achieved 300 consecutive days without load shedding, marking a significant improvement in its power supply. Eskom, the national power utility, attributed this to better plant performance and a substantial drop in unplanned outages. The Energy Availability Factor (EAF) reached about 65.85%, and diesel spending decreased by R8.58 billion.
