đź’¨ Abstract
The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) has dismissed rumors of a name change for Kruger National Park. Despite proposals from the Economic Freedom Fighters to "decolonize" public spaces, the DFFE confirmed that no legal process for renaming the park has been initiated. Minister Dr. Dion George stated that no amendment or authorization has been made, and no formal process has begun. The department urged the public to rely on verified government communications for accurate information.
