💨 Abstract

On December 4, 2025, South Africa experiences varied weather conditions. The northern regions are extremely hot, while other areas are partly cloudy and cool with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers. Gauteng, the smallest province by area but most populous, will have morning fog along the escarpment and isolated afternoon showers. Severe thunderstorms are expected in parts of the Northern Cape and North West, posing risks to infrastructure and property.
