💨 Abstract
A European court has ruled that South African runner Caster Semenya did not receive a fair trial regarding a requirement to lower her testosterone levels to compete in the women's 800m category. The Swiss court decision was deemed unfair, and Semenya has been unable to compete in her favoured event since 2018 due to these regulations.
