Dean Burmester, a South African golfer, won the LIV Golf Chicago title by sinking a birdie putt in the playoff. After a tough start to the final round, Burmester shot a 71 to match the scores of Jon Rahm and Josele Ballester. In the playoff, Burmester's putt from six feet secured the victory. This win is Burmester's second LIV title and came after a personal and professional struggle.
