đź’¨ Abstract

Lewis Moody, a key player in England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup victory, announced he has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). The 47-year-old former flanker expressed shock and difficulty processing the news, emphasizing his focus on staying positive. MND, a progressive neurodegenerative disease with no cure, has recently claimed the lives of other rugby players like Doddie Weir and Rob Burrow.
