The South African Sevens team (Blitzboks) faces a tough draw in the Cape Town Sevens, grouped with New Zealand, Fiji, and Great Britain. Defending champions, they aim to improve after a fifth-place finish in Dubai. Coach Philip Snyman acknowledged their poor Saturday performance but praised their Sunday comeback. The tournament runs on 6-7 December at Cape Town Stadium.
