Kaiser Chiefs are reportedly close to resolving a transfer saga involving Cape Town Spurs, with FIFA advising the club to pay R1.5 million each in development compensation for Asanele Velebayi and Luke Baartman. The club is said to be willing to comply with FIFA's regulations, which require compensation for players developed between the ages of 12 and 21.
