South African swimmers Pieter Coetzé and Kaylene Corbett won medals at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. Coetzé secured silver in the 200m backstroke, setting a new African record, while Corbett claimed bronze in the 200m breaststroke. Additionally, Erin Gallagher qualified for the 50m butterfly final. The team will compete in multiple events on Saturday.
