Daniil Medvedev, the world number 5 tennis player, was fined $76,000 (R1.42 million) for his behavior during the Australian Open. He destroyed a net camera, threw his racquet, and skipped a press conference. The fines were for two incidents: $10,000 for a meltdown in the first round and $66,000 for antics in the next round.
