💨 Abstract
Loyda Cordero Faliero, a 39-year-old mother, developed severe lung issues after switching from smoking to vaping. She was diagnosed with pulmonary bullae and a collapsed lung due to fluid buildup from vaping. Doctors warned her that the air sacs could rupture, killing her instantly, and she had to sleep sitting up. Loyda was advised to quit vaping and avoid physical activity before undergoing surgery to remove the lung sacs.
