Nasal tanning sprays, often sold on social media and popular among younger users, may increase the risk of melanoma skin cancer. These sprays, containing the illegal and unregulated substance melanotan II, can cause serious side effects and are associated with harmful behaviors. The Chartered Trading Standards Institute warns against inhaling or ingesting any tanning products.
