💨 Abstract
Simon Clark, 45, survived a severe car crash that killed his partner, Lindy, and left him with extensive injuries, including an "internal decapitation." Despite being paralyzed and told he would never walk or live independently again, Simon focused on mental recovery and set a goal to walk out of the hospital within six months. With dedication and Nordic Walking, he achieved this and more, trekking long distances and climbing mountains.
