💨 Abstract
A daily average of 100 million cups of tea are consumed in the UK where four out five people are unaware of the benefits contained in their mugs. Carrie Ruxton of the Tea Advisory Panel reveals frequent tea consumption can enhance a range of health benefits. Including and not limited to lower blood pressure, better sleep quality, stronger bones, and reduced stress levels. Additionally, tea can promote oral hygiene, boost brain function, improve gut health, and potentially increase libido.
