💨 Abstract
Consuming around three small cups of coffee daily in middle age has been linked with healthier aging among women, according to a 30-year study of 47,513 women. Caffeinated coffee was found to support mental and physical health more effectively than other caffeine sources like tea, decaffeinated coffee, or sodas. Each additional daily cup of coffee was associated with a 2-5% higher chance of healthy aging.
