💨 Abstract
Plans to convert an abandoned car dealership in Warwick into shops have faced repeated delays. The local council has postponed the change of use application, with concerns about parking and pedestrian safety raised by residents and the town council. The site, empty since 2023, was proposed to have a convenience shop and a small business, along with parking and electric vehicle charging spaces. The application has been withdrawn twice from the planning committee's agenda, mostly due to the need for further clarification.
