💨 Abstract
Mazda is discontinuing the MX-30, its first and only electric car, after four years due to criticism over its short range of 124 miles and cramped rear cabin. Despite available plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid variants, the MX-30 failed to compete with rivals like the Kia Soul EV and Peugeot e-2008.
