💨 Abstract

In Huyton, Merseyside, a man and a woman were stabbed, suffering serious but stable injuries. Police responded and shot the suspected attacker, who was also hospitalized. The incident occurred around 4:25 PM on Tobruk Road. Roads are cordoned off, and an investigation is underway. Detective Superintendent Paul Speight assured the public that this was an isolated incident, and the Independent Office for Police Conduct will conduct an independent investigation.
