The Foreign Office hired GetTransfer, a company with links to the Kremlin, to arrange a taxi for Foreign Secretary David Lammy and his wife. The chauffeur demanded an extra £590, leading to an altercation. Driver Nasim Mimun left with their belongings and cash but later returned them. Mimun has been charged with theft. GetTransfer and the Foreign Office have been contacted for comment.
