💨 Abstract
Plans for a new 8,000-seat stadium, hotel, and thousands of homes near the failed £3.5 billion UK Disneyland project in Kent have been announced. The original London Resort, planned since 2012, faced numerous issues, including environmental designations and legal problems, leading to its liquidation in January 2025.
