💨 Abstract
London's Guinness microbrewery, The Open Gate Brewery, is set to open in Covent Garden this Christmas. Costing £73 million, the 50,000-square-foot venue spans five buildings, offering 14 limited-edition brews, multiple food spots, and a rooftop with panoramic views. Despite the historic site's brewing history dating back 300 years, the actual Guinness will be brewed in Dublin.
