💨 Abstract
A driver, Rawal Rehman, who had taken "at least twenty lines of cocaine," was jailed for 12 years after hitting and killing a three-year-old girl, Louisa Palmisano, in Manchester. Rehman, 35, caused a van to careen off a tram and strike Louisa, known as Lulu. The incident occurred on February 22.
