💨 Abstract
A Netflix user warned others about a potential issue where their subscription plan can be upgraded without their knowledge, increasing the bill by up to £6 a month. Netflix offers three plans with varying limits on concurrent streams. Users have reported that children can upgrade the plan from their profiles without parental consent, and there's no apparent way to prevent this. The only indication of the change is an email from Netflix confirming the upgrade. This issue has been reported multiple times over the years.
