💨 Abstract

Six beaches in the UK have been identified as having the highest water quality for summer swimming. Bamburgh in Northumberland, Harlech in Wales, St. Andrews in Scotland, Long Sands and King Edward's Bay in Tynemouth, Whitesands Bay in Pembrokeshire, and Southwold in Suffolk all received "excellent" ratings. These beaches offer not only clean waters but also unique attractions, such as Bamburgh Castle and colorful beach huts in Southwold.
