💨 Abstract
In Virginia, major delays persist on northbound I-95 due to a crash. Meanwhile, in South Korea, swarms of lovebugs, known scientifically as Plecia nearctica, have returned, causing minor inconveniences but no health risks. These insects, which mate in flight and are named for their behavior, have been prevalent in Seoul and nearby areas since 2022, particularly between late June and early July.
