In northern Vietnam, Storm Wipha caused one death and one person missing, with heavy rains and floods damaging homes, crops, and infrastructure. Over 400 households were evacuated. In Thailand, the storm led to flooding affecting over 350 people. Both countries issued warnings about potential flash floods and landslides.
