Baltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman left Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox in the fifth inning after being hit by a foul ball in the third. Rafael Devers' foul ball struck Rutschman's mask, causing him to pause briefly. He was later replaced by Maverick Handley.
