During a baseball game, George Springer, a player from Toronto, was hit near the ear by a 96 mph fastball. He fell to the ground, leading to a moment of silence from the 20,176-strong crowd at Camden Yards. Though shaken, Springer recovered and was able to walk to the dugout.
