💨 Abstract
A salvage team will reach the site of the Morning Midas, a cargo ship carrying about 3,000 vehicles, early next week. The ship caught fire off Alaska’s Aleutian Islands, with all 22 crew members evacuated safely. The vessel is still afloat, and the Coast Guard is monitoring it. The Morning Midas has 70 electric and 680 hybrid vehicles on board.
