đź’¨ Abstract
The Arlington County Board has approved the conversion of two older office buildings in Crystal City, Virginia. 2100 Crystal Drive will become a 344-room hotel, while 2200 Crystal Drive will be transformed into a 195-unit apartment building. Developer JBG Smith plans to start construction by the end of 2025. The move aims to address the oversupply of outdated office inventory in the area.
