💨 Abstract
The D.C. government, working with the National Park Service and Georgetown University, is planning a major deal to open up more waterfront areas around Georgetown. Once finalized, the arrangement will transfer key pieces of land that will allow for more public waterfront access, improved trails, and potential amenities. On the west side of the Key Bridge, Georgetown University plans a new boathouse to benefit both the university and the public.
