In Virginia, voters are electing nominees for a special election to replace late Rep. Gerry Connolly, set for September 2024. Meanwhile, Thomas Pham LeGro, a 48-year-old D.C. resident and former Washington Post journalist, has been arrested. He is charged with possessing child sexual abuse materials, which were found on his work laptop during an FBI search. LeGro had won a Pulitzer Prize in 2018.
