💨 Abstract
About 70 families in D.C. experience stillbirths each year. To address this, D.C. has introduced an app called Count the Kicks. This free app helps expectant mothers track their baby’s movements during the third trimester, educating them on what is normal and when to seek medical help. Elizabeth O’Donnell, whose daughter was stillborn, advocates for the app, believing it could have helped her.
