The Metropolitan Opera and the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) have reached a one-year contract agreement, starting August 1, 2025. The deal includes a 2.5% wage increase, plus an additional 2.5% temporary hike, related to the union's role in securing a $5 million state budget appropriation.
