** Warner Bros. Discovery will divide into two publicly-traded companies by mid-2026. The "Streaming & Studios" division will focus on Warner Bros. television and movies, HBO, and HBO Max. "Global Networks" will include CNN, TNT Sports, Discovery, and associated digital properties. Current CEO David Zaslav will lead Streaming & Studios, while CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels will head Global Networks, both continuing in their roles until the separation.
