đ¨ Abstract
The University of Virginia's Partnership for Leaders in Education program helps educators nationwide create strategies to support vulnerable students. The program, which has operated for over 20 years, focuses on collaborative problem-solving and establishing action plans based on data-driven teaching and strong academic practices. By fostering a sense of shared direction and avoiding silos, the program aims to create meaningful, lasting changes. Participating districts often extend their involvement to ensure sustained improvements.
