💨 Abstract
Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is under emergency cleanup due to a diesel fuel spill. Meanwhile, Fairfax County, Virginia, is expanding its speed camera program. Starting June 15, new speed cameras in a construction zone on the Fairfax County Parkway will issue non-enforced tickets until July 15. After that, fines up to $100 will be enforced. Additionally, 10 more schools will have speed cameras by August, with a warning period before citations begin.
