đź’¨ Abstract
On Wednesday, the NAACP Loudoun Branch in Virginia dedicated a state highway sign to memorialize Charles Craven, a 25-year-old lynching victim from 1902, marking the first such memorial in Loudoun County. The sign, placed in Leesburg, recognizes Craven, who was unjustly killed by a mob while imprisoned. Pastor Michelle C.
