PEPFAR, launched by President George W. Bush in 2004 has saved 25+ million lives impacts on HIV through worldwide programs. With strong bipartisan support so far, the Trump administration's cuts have threatened its future. Despite Congress's recent effort to save PEPFAR from a $400 million reduction, worldwide disruptions in HIV services are already occurring. The U.N.
