💨 Abstract
A Maryland police task force from various jurisdictions disrupted eight illegal car rallies planned for early August in the Washington, D.C. region. These rallies had previously caused injuries and property damage. Three arrests were made, with charges including weapons possession, disorderly conduct, and reckless driving. The task force aims to prevent the gatherings from occurring.
