💨 Abstract

Gokhan Dugan, 47, was arrested in Montgomery County an incident where he held a 9-year-old boy, his son, at knifepoint in their Germantown home. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Saturday. Police entered the home and repeatedly instructed Dugan to drop the knife, ultimately using a Taser to subdue him.
