On August 5, 2025, a Montgomery County judge ruled Catherine Hoggle, 38, as a flight risk and a danger to the community, denying her bond. Hoggle was reindicted with the murders of her two missing children and is accused of admitting to their deaths in a therapy session. Her attorney argues she is not a danger, citing her stable behavior in a halfway house.
