💨 Abstract
A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a Guatemalan man, who is gay, after he was deported to Mexico. The man, identified as O.C.G., fears harm in both Guatemala and Mexico. He was initially protected from deportation to Guatemala by a U.S. immigration judge. Judge Brian Murphy criticized the deportation process, stating it lacked due process.
