Chase Briscoe secured the pole position for the Coca-Cola 600, NASCAR's longest race, with a top speed of 182.852 He will start alongside Kyle Larson. Briscoe, driving for Joe Gibbs Racing, has had four top-five finishes this year but no wins. Kyle Larson will race after completing the Indianapolis 500. William Byron, who recently extended his contract with Hendrick Motorsports, will start third.
