Charles Strouse, a prolific Broadway composer, died at 96. Strouse, who won three Tony Awards, created the music and song in iconic musicals like "Annie" and "Bye Bye Birdie." His career spanned over 50 years, producing more than a dozen Broadway musicals, film scores one of his creations was featured in Jay-Z’s 1998 Grammy-winning album.
